Salams,
I have had a similar problem with my parents bickering and it really hurt me much...up to this day....the remnants are there.
However, there is a sunshine at the end of that rainbow, when I realised that Allah is the one in control and that He would never have allowed me to go through that test unless it was for my own benefit..ok,,,,this isn't a story of my life...so, naseeha...(just sympathising becuase I really think I understand your dilemna)
What meant to say to you is be strong, dear one, the boat on those waves maybe rocking now, but you can't fall off, because there are sharks in the ocean (the shayteen waiting for any weakness to bite/attack you). So hold on to the rope of Allah, (Quran and Sunnah)
Take it from one who went through similar obstacles, there is definately something beneficial in this and the sooner you realise this the better.
May the All Merciful, All Compassionate Allah grant peace in your heart and in the hearts of those whom you love.Ameeeen!
wassalam
